Proj. Management ARKPRAXIS Architecture

New rehearsal, production + administrative facility for the Paul Taylor Dance Company. The project occupies 13,000 SF of an existing 1955 mixed-use multipurpose building located on the Lower East Site bringing another major cultural institution to an under-served area of Manhattan. The project represents the culmination of an 8-year search for new space for the company.

Role in project involved all phases of Design and Construction, including Construction Administration + NYC DoB code research and correspondence.
