Full interior reconstruction and exterior renovation of a 3,000 square-foot single-family house located in the northshore area of Long Island in Northport, NY.  Project reimagined the use of vaulted ceilings to heighten the verticality of the main living spaces, whilst creating intimately spacious spaces in the private areas of the house.  The new fenestration, exterior siding and finishes reflect non-traditional use to traditional materials often found in the coastal areas of NY, which gives a sense of modernity to an an otherwise traditional massing.
