Commercial fit out of a millwork fabrication shop relocating from Maspeth, NY.  Project consists of converting a 4,000 square-foot auto-mechanic shop building into a fully fitted wood-working millwork fabrication occupancy in Dover, NJ.  Work includes new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm systems, including masonry and new fire-resistant construction throughout.
